Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once orders have been prepared or picked up.

If you need to cancel a pre-order, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup date for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at thesweettoothsocial@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the concern. We are committed to quality and will review any concerns promptly.

The Sweet Tooth Social is not responsible for products once they have been picked up or delivered and left in your care.
